Jimmy Fallon will host a special episode on The Tonight Show following the Olympic Winter Games Opening Ceremony, featuring guests Chris Hemsworth and MrBeast, with a musical performance by Lil Uzi Vert.
The episode will air on Friday, Feb. 6 at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC and stream the next day on Peacock. The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has started off the new year strong with 915 million total video views last week, marking a 198 percent jump compared to 2025’s weekly average, according to a press release. Episodes from last week featured Hudson Williams from Heated Rivalry and appearances from Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Maya Hawke. Sienna Spiro also performed.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games will take place Feb. 6-22, 2026 in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy. Snoop Dogg will return to cover the games. “The D O double G will be on the scene, and I am looking forward to celebrating with the athletes and their families,” Snoop said in a previous statement. “The Olympics is the biggest stage in the world and, as everyone knows, I’m all about sports, bringing people together, and unifying while bringing the fun.
Mariah Carey is also heading to Milan in February for a performance at the Winter Olympics. “See you at the Stadio San Siro on the 6th of February for the Olympic opening ceremony,” she said in an Instagram video she shared at the time. “Ci vediamo a Milano.”
In other Olympic news, Dua Lipa featured in an ad teasing the Winter Olympics games, and Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav announced he will serve as the official hype man and sponsor of the U.S. bobsled and skeleton team at the Games.
The 2026 event follows the 2024 Summer Games opening ceremony in Paris, which featured performances from Lady Gaga, Aya Nakamura, and Céline Dion, who made her grand return to the stage on the Eiffel Tower.
